CEO and President of Pfister Energy
Wayne Pfisterer is the CEO and President of Pfister Energy. As such, he oversees Pfister Energy’s strategic solutions by guiding business development, engineering products, customer acquisition, and financial investments to integrate renewable energy technologies, modern building components, and customized solar equipment. Pfister Energy focuses on designing and building solar, wind, and geothermal systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The company achieved significant recognition from local and country-wide clients and media.
Pfister Energy has also received numerous prestigious awards including being included on the Inc. 5000 list of that nation’s fastest-growing private companies – an unparalleled recognition of both Wayne’s, and the company’s, years of hard work and service.
Wayne brings over 30 years of energy and industry expertise, and he successfully built a team of professionals whose competitive advantages include their dedication to quality services and state-of-the-art solar energy solutions. Before starting Pfister Energy, Wayne served as President of Pfister Roofing – an award-winning roofing and waterproofing company.
Doug Bagwill
Doug Bagwill
Chief Operating Officer
Doug Bagwill is the Chief Operating Officer of Pfister Energy. He is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Pfister Energy’s clientele, licensees, and industry partners.
Doug possesses a diverse background in energy system design, project development, and solar photovoltaic (PV) project finance. Using his background and experience, he facilitates the integration of technology, finance, and construction best practices to bring the greatest value to Pfister’s clients and industry partners.
Doug earned a B.S. from the University of Vermont in National Resource Planning with a minor in Green Building and Community Design and uses his extensive education to help Pfister Energy continue to be a leading force in the solar energy industry.
Sean Quin

Chief Strategy Officer
Sean Quin is the Chief Strategy Officer of Pfister Energy, overseeing Strategy and Business Development. Sean is primarily responsible for corporate strategy, sales operations, contracting, and managing M&A.
Since joining Pfister Energy in 2018, Sean has been instrumental in the company’s remarkable growth and has thrived in its entrepreneurial culture. He possesses a great deal of experience in leading organizations through rapid growth phases, including providing strategic leadership and planning, growing market share, expanding into new markets, orchestrating acquisitions, and adding product lines.
Sean graduated with honors from Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Management. Sean lives in Denver, CO with his wife and two children and enjoys family time, running, biking, swimming, hiking, sports, and traveling.
Megan Bergen

Vice President of Project Engineering
Megan Bergen is the Vice President of Project Engineering at Pfister Energy. She oversees engineering deliverables and site assessments and prepares energy models and conceptual design deliverables to support business development projects. Megan also guides the business development team in identifying key project design risks and enabling effective decisions.
Megan has a wealth of experience in the industry, previously she has served as the Director of Project Engineering and the Vice President of Project Engineering at leading renewable energy companies.
Megan graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2014.
Dylan McAuliffe
Dylan McAuliffe
Vice President of Project Development
Dylan McAuliffe is the Vice President of Project Development at Pfister Energy. He has been working in the Renewables Industry in various roles since 2015. Dylan’s areas of specialization include Behind-the-Meter Commercial and Industrial Solar integration, Battery Storage, and Community Solar project development, with a particular focus on how policy developments create project opportunities. Dylan works closely with key stakeholders such as engineers, site owners, and electric utilities in every phase of the development process to ensure each project creates the most value with the highest likelihood of success.
Before entering the Renewables Industry Dylan was a schoolteacher for ten years. He has a bachelor’s degree in music studies from William Paterson University. Dylan is a member of the American Political Science Association. His hobbies include playing the guitar and violin and playing baseball with his son. Dylan is a JLPT level two Japanese speaker and was formerly licensed as a General Securities Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Andy Rubin
Andy Rubin
Vice President of Origination and Sales
Andy Rubin is a Vice President of Pfister Energy, responsible for new project origination and sales. Andy is primarily responsible for qualifying, originating, and closing new clients and serving existing customers.
Andy has a diverse background and over 30 years of experience developing business in the distributed energy generation, energy conservation/efficiency, and energy financial services markets.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in economics. Andy resides with his wife in Madison, Connecticut, and enjoys all types of outdoor activities.

VP of Construction
Matt Vuolo is the VP of Construction at Pfister Energy. In his role, he manages the Construction, Project Management, and Quality Teams.
Before joining Pfister, Matt served as the Director of Projects for Capstone Green Energy Corporation and VP of Operations for Vanguard Energy Partners, where he oversaw the project management and construction of commercial and utility-scale solar projects.
SHANNON BARRY
Shannon Barry
Corporate Controller
Shannon Berry is the Corporate Controller at Pfister Energy and has worked for the company since 2021. She handles the finance and accounting logistics for Pfister's operations. Shannon graduated with a B.A. from MSU and has over 25 years of work experience as a Controller and V.P. of Finance in the Union Electrical, Union Refrigeration/HVAC, CM, and other companies in Engineering fields.
Shannon lives in N.J., loves the outdoors and some of her hobbies include camping, riding her motorcycle, and working out.
Varun Harnathka
Varun Harnathka
Director of Pre-Construction
Varun Harnathka has worked as the Director of Estimating and Procurement at Pfister Energy since 2021, and is now the Director of Pre-Construction. He is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the company's subcontractors and vendors. After graduating from Cornell University with a Master’s Degree in Energy Economics and Engineering in 2019, he worked on multiple high-caliber projects in carbon capture, wind, solar, waste management, electric vehicles, and oil and gas. He brought his expertise and passion for the solar industry to his new position. Varun's goal at Pfister Energy is to fuel its expansion by building and leading a team of colleagues who firmly believe in the company's core values. Varun always strives to achieve the best by contributing his ideas to team building. He has become a client-centric, independent, collaborative problem solver who has brought intelligible solutions and coherent business value to the organization.
Jason Avramides
Jason Avramides
Director of Construction
Jason is the Director of Construction at Pfister Energy. As a graduate of the Independent Electrical Contractors 4-year apprenticeship program, Jason has over 23 years in the electrical industry, 13 of those years within the solar energy industry.
Jason holds a Master Electrician license in several states and brings experience in new construction as well as operations and maintenance, which provides a strategic focus on the full life-cycle for solar power array construction, ranging from roof mount, ground-mount, and carport systems.
JR KOEHLER
JR Koehler
Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
JR Koehler brings 20+ years of construction and management experience to Pfister's team, where he serves as the Director of QAQC. His experience includes ten years of work specializing in the electrical installation of base build power, start-up, and commissioning.
He has spent the last decade within the solar industry, dedicated to construction and quality management, and has been involved in projects from Maine State to Hawaii, totaling over 300MW. Living in Albany, New York, with his wife, two daughters, and two huskies, he strives to leave the world a better place through renewable energy.

Director, EPC Services Business Development
Robert ‘Bob’ Caccia is Pfister Energy’s Director of EPC Services, Business Development. Bob has over 15 years of experience in Renewables, and over 30 years of experience in Construction. His primary focus at Pfister is to lead EPC sales to help continue the company’s growth with key, and new, accounts.
Michael Devito

Service and Commissioning Manager
Mike DeVito is Pfister Energy’s Service and Commissioning Manager. He brings a strong background in solar as well as in electrical with him to the team and uses his experience to ensure that the budgets for the projects he is involved with are followed and met. He also is involved in many aspects of the projects, from beginning to end, ensuring that Pfister’s clients are satisfied with the level of service and quality they receive.
Mike is a licensed NJ Electrical Contractor and uses the skills he has learned in this field in several ways when working with Pfister’s solar projects.

Paige Pearn
Marketing Manager
Paige Pearn is the Marketing Manager for Pfister Energy. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing and brings a great deal of expertise, knowledge, and a finely-tuned skillset to the company. Her main responsibilities include managing the company website and social media accounts, creating marketing materials to deliver to the Business Development team, campaign management, lead generation, and creating brand awareness and visibility.
Paige has a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Writing and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from William Paterson University. When she is not working hard on her marketing efforts for Pfister, Paige enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, playing with her dogs, and watching horror movies.
KASIA WOJCIK
Kasia Wojcik
HR Manager
Kasia Wojcik is the HR Manager at Pfister Energy. In her role she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of HR and guiding long-term HR initiatives for the company.
Kasia brings over 15 years of diverse experience in Human Resources Management, Global Mobility, Coaching, and Consulting, having worked with global enterprises and medium size companies. Prior to joining Pfister Energy, Kasia worked as an HR Consultant with a focus on startups and small businesses.
Kasia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Minor in Management from Kean University, and a Master’s Degree in International Relations with Concentration in Human Rights from University of Kent in Brussels, Belgium.

Office Administrator
Annie is Pfister Energy's Office Administrator and will be handling a range of administrative tasks and ensuring seamless office operations.
Before joining Pfister, Annie worked as an office manager for nearly 20 years. She is a lifelong resident of North Haledon, where she currently lives with her husband, Jared who is an elementary school teacher, and their six-year-old daughter, Ava.

Senior Project Manager
Joe DiBari is a Senior Project Manager at Pfister Energy, who has been managing projects in the construction industry for over 10 years. Joe is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios for a variety of solar projects including both rooftop and ground mount systems.
Joe possesses a great deal of experience in leading matrix teams, building client relationships, and executing projects from origination to close-out.

Daniel Wacha is a Senior Project Manager at Pfister Energy and has been managing projects in the solar energy industry for the last six years. Dan is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and efficient installations, and improving company workflows.
Joseph Nielsen-Reagan
Joseph Nielsen-Reagan
Business Development Manager
Joseph Nielsen-Reagan is a Business Development Manager at Pfister Energy. He brings experience in identifying high quality opportunities for solar projects across the northeastern United States and establishing relationships with property owners. Joseph is responsible for overseeing early-stage project development and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. In addition to solar, he can provide battery storage and EV charging guidance.
Joseph graduated from Colgate University in 2020 with a double major in Environmental Studies and Spanish. He was motivated to get involved in the clean energy transition after spending a summer in Ithaca teaching his hometown community about the shifting temperatures and water quality of Cayuga Lake.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, and spending time with his family's Labrador Retriever
Noel Chagas

Assistant Controller
Noel Chagas is Pfister's Assistant Controller, and she has been working with Pfister Energy for three and a half years. She often works alongside the Controller, primarily focusing on accounts payable and other accounting or IT-related tasks. Before working at Pfister Energy, Noel worked in an accounting firm for nine years as an Accounting Clerk and two years as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. She lives in N.J. with her family and is a dedicated worker and a happy mother of three children.

Senior Procurement Manager
Joe Dudas is the Senior Procurement Manager at Pfister Energy.
Joe started his career in the solar industry in 2010 after graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Environmental Economics. He spent the next 11 years working in electrical and solar distribution at Cooper Electric, ultimately becoming solar department manager and overseeing solar sales in six states. In late 2021, Joe entered the EPC side of the business and worked with Suntuity and Solar Integrated Roofing Corp (SIRC) before joining Pfister Energy.
Michael Wiggins
Michael Wiggins
Lead Estimator & Procurement Specialist
Michael Wiggins is the Lead Estimator and Procurement Specialist at Pfister Energy. He has a strong background in solar energy, operations, and electrical and uses this background during his work for Pfister. He is skilled in project estimation, onboarding, procurement, construction estimation, project coordination, and solar PV design.
Michael is OSHA certified and is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Estimating and Procurement Associate
Grant Kester is an Estimating and Procurement Associate at Pfister Energy. He is a motivated and adaptable engineer with a strong technical background, as well as experience as the primary client point of contact for new and existing customers. At Pfister, he regularly engages with delicate, interconnected systems to assess risks and ensure safe, efficient remediation.
Grant has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and is looking forward to continuing to use his education and experience during his work at Pfister.
Roger Cirone

Project Engineer
Roger Cirone is a Project Engineer at Pfister Energy. He uses his skills in project management, Procore, AutoCAD, and quality assurance during his work on preliminary electrical system designs for solar arrays.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in May 2023. While at Lafayette College, Roger had been a Head Resident, a Resident Advisor, and an Ambassador of Lafayette. He is looking forward to utilizing his degree and experience in his work in the solar industry at Pfister.

Junior Project Manager
John Saunders is a Junior Project Manager at Pfister Energy and will be supporting senior project managers in managing our New York portfolio & other projects.
Prior to accepting this role, John worked in the field for Pfister as a Solar Technician and holds an MBA from Salve Regina University.

Inside Sales Lead
Stephan Patoir is an Inside Sales Lead at Pfister Energy. He has several years of experience in both inside sales and lead generation. His goal at Pfister is to support the efforts of the sales team to engage with, and bring on, new customers and projects.

Project Engineer
Shaunak Paranjape is a Project Engineer at Pfister Energy. He has been working in the renewables industry in various roles since 2019. Shaunak’s areas of specialization include Designing and Engineering Behind-the-Meter, Commercial (Small scale, Industrial and Large Scale), Distributed Grid Solar, and Energy Storage projects. Shaunak also is a certified NABCEP PV Installation Professional. Prior to joining Pfister, he worked in roles such as PV Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer (Solar) and Senior PV Design Engineer where he led a team of 10 engineers. Shaunak has a master’s degree in Energy Engineering (Renewable Option). His hobbies include playing sports like soccer and tennis and exploring outdoor places which include trails, beaches, national parks, cities etc.

Policy and Project Development Associate
Diksha Adukia joined the Pfister Energy team as a Policy and Project Development Associate in August 2022. Her key responsibilities in this role include market analysis, policy lead (staying up to date on federal and state policies), policy/incentive program management, creating proforma and proposals for the Business Development team, and EPC account management and project development. She has experience as an engineer in IT and Risk Analysis and is passionate about social and environmental development.
Diksha has a Bachelor of Technology Degree from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master of Science in Environmental Science (also from Indiana University Bloomington).
When Diksha is not working at Pfister, she enjoys taking workout classes, exploring bars and restaurants in NYC, and reading.

Thomas Morrell is an Assistant Project Manager at Pfister Energy. He assists the Project Managers with all aspects of each of Pfister's projects in the solar industry.

Allison Ekonomakos is an Estimating and Procurement Associate at Pfister Energy, and she reports to the Director of Preconstruction. In this role, she is responsible for development estimating, EPC estimating, procurement, and assisting with pre-construction tasks including scheduling and contract negotiation.

Quality Manager
Kyle Christian works as the Quality Manager for Pfister Energy. As Quality Manager, Kyle manages large-scale ground-mount solar fields. His responsibilities include managing all on-site personnel, ensuring the safety and quality of the product, and working closely with project managers, construction managers, site foremen, and owner representatives. Kyle has worked in the solar industry for all of his adult life and has several years of hands-on experience building 50+ MW of solar arrays, on both the mechanical and electrical sides.
Kyle focuses on hard work, dedication, absorbing as much information about the solar industry as possible, and learning new skills. When Kyle is not working in the field at Pfister, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on classic cars, and going on trips with friends and family.

Construction Manager
Dan Wostbrock is a Construction Manager at Pfister Energy. He has been installing commercial solar for the company for over 10 years, starting as a laborer and eventually moving up to his current role as Construction Manager. Prior to becoming the Construction Manager, he was a foreman/superintendent where he completed commercial solar rooftop installations as well as ground-mount installations. In his current role, he focuses on building and managing projects from start to finish.
Dan has a Dual Associate’s Degree in Construction Management and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has his Telehandler and OSHA 30 certifications.
Andrew Ackerman

Construction Manager
Andrew Ackerman works as a Construction Manager at Pfister Energy. He has been with the company for almost 12 years and has been involved in over 50 projects ranging from 100KW to 5MW systems. He began as a laborer at Pfister, and from there moved on to become a foreman, and then moved on into his current role as Construction Manager.
He is involved in all phases of construction for Pfister’s solar energy projects, from beginning to end. His responsibilities include pre-planning, handling equipment and materials, manpower scheduling, day-to-day field operations, progress tracking, and pre/post inspections.

John Wallace is a Construction Manager at Pfister Energy. John has over 25 years of experience in the construction field, and he has managed multiple solar projects throughout the region. His extensive background in the solar and construction industry are an asset to Pfister Energy.

Jeffrey Hertel
Site Superintendent
Jeff Hertel is one of the Site Superintendents at Pfister Energy. He is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day worksite activities to ensure progression in accordance with the project plan, as well as ensuring that worksite safety protocols are being followed. Jeff is OSHA and HVAC certified and is an NYSDOL Asbestos designer, inspector, and project monitor as well as an air sampling technician. Jeff is also a firefighter/EMT and a Marine Corps Veteran.

New York Site Superintendent
John Seymour is a New York Site Superintendent at Pfister Energy. He is primarily responsible for overseeing site operations while ensuring safety and protocols are being followed. John has previous experience in project management throughout his four years at Champlain College. Previously, he worked as an assistant manager for Vector Marketing and as a CMET Technician at Atlantic Testing Labs.

New York Site Superintendent
Joe Pendlebury is a New York Site Superintendent at Pfister Energy. He is responsible for all site activities for our commercial solar projects in his area. Joe has been in construction since 2017, and solar since 2019. He has experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical areas of both fields.
Andrew Bosque

Site Superintendent
Andrew Bosque is a Site Superintendent at Pfister Energy. He has 8 years of experience in the construction field and has been involved in the solar industry for several years as well. Andrew travels all over New York working on both the electrical and mechanical side of projects, and he is passionate about learning new things and everything he can about the solar energy industry. When Andrew isn’t on the job, he rides dirt bikes, plays piano and guitar, and works on classic cars.

MD Site Superintendent
Tyler Simon is a Maryland Site Superintendent at Pfister Energy. He has been working in the electrical trade for 9 years, 5 of which have been in the solar industry. He is excited to work with the Pfister team to continue expanding our developments in the solar industry and with renewable energies. Tyler enjoys going to the gym or fishing in the Chesapeake waters in his off time.
Adam Keyser
Adam Keyser
Maryland Construction Manager
Adam Keyser is a Maryland Construction Manager at Pfister Energy. He started out as an electrician in the DMV area out of high school and then became involved with Duke Energy in the renewable energy space. He has traveled the country and worked with multiple contractors nationwide on commercial solar projects and uses his experience and training to help serve clients ranging from large box retailers, military installations, USDA facilities, and Louis Vuitton to mom-and-pop businesses that are interested in renewable energy. Adam is a family man first and foremost, and when he is not working in the solar energy field, he spends time with his wife, two daughters, and their two dogs.
